ARC Federal Credit Union’s Nominating Committee has been appointed for the Board of Directors election at the Annual Meeting on March 17, 2027. ARC members interested in being considered for a Board position must notify the Nominating Committee of their interest by November 17, 2026. Information about the committee’s nominees and the process for nominations by petition will be provided separately.

All nominees for election to the Board of Directors must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must be a member of the Credit Union.  The nominee further must not have been convicted of a crime involving dishonesty or breach of trust unless the NCUA Board has waived the prohibition for the conviction.  The member must also sign a certificate that he/she is agreeable to nomination and will serve if elected to office. In accordance with federal law, members of the Board of Directors are not permitted to receive compensation for their services.
