Don’t wait on snail mail for important account information. Sign up for eStatements, eNotices and eAlerts for a quick, secure way to receive account information and updates. To enroll, start by logging into your ARC Online Banking. To setup eStatements and/or eNotices, choose “Statements + Documents” in the menu then follow the prompts and agree to the disclosures to authorize electronic delivery. eStatements and eNotices will generate an email to let you know they are available to view, but you must log into your Online Banking to view them. No account information is displayed in an email.
To setup eAlerts, choose “eAlerts” in the menu. You will then be able to customize which alerts you will receive, for example a text alert anytime your primary checking drops below a specified balance.
You must first be enrolled in Online Banking to setup electronic notifications on your account. If you still need to enroll in Online Banking click here.
