Our app is the most secure way to access your account when using a mobile device. Be sure to download from it either Google Play or the App Store to enhance your member experience. You’ll need the app if you want to have access to our Mobile Deposit feature, but more on that later.
To get started go to the iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store, then search and download the “ARC FCU Mobile” app. You will need to be enrolled in Online Banking to access your account through the mobile app. If you still need to enroll in Online Banking, click here. If you’re already an Online Banking user, no further registration is required - just activate your device when logging in for the first time.
The best thing since sliced bread, Mobile Deposit is one of the most convenient features offered through our Mobile App. That might be a slight exaggeration, streaming services certainly rank up there too, but with Mobile Deposit you can do your banking while binge-watching your favorite shows and never having to leave the couch. You can also deposit that birthday check from Grandma as soon as you open the card, so she isn’t left wondering why her check hasn’t cleared six months later. Modern technology is a beautiful thing.
If you’re already enrolled in Online Banking and have the ARC Mobile App setup on your phone, contact a Member Service Representative today at (814) 946-0857, opt. 3 to request access to Mobile Check Deposit. Qualified members* can conveniently and securely make deposits without driving to a branch or putting checks in the mail.
